Chris was born and raised in Sydney. He trained as a graphic artist and found his calling in photography over 20 years ago. His passion from a very early age was photographing Surfing, attending surfing competitions and travelling to Hawaii, the Pacific and having his early photographs published in Surfing magazines.
He established himself as a magazine and editorial photographer shooting assignments for numerous Australian and international publications. With a photojournalistic, distinct editorial style that comes from many years of shooting not only sport but also commercial projects.
Chris was part of SOCOG’s photographic team at the Sydney Olympics and having a roaming pass to shoot whatever he decided on the day. He prides himself in providing a very professional, high standard of photography that incorporates a natural and candid approach.
He currently resides and works between Sydney and the Hunter Valley working on assignments for various corporate and commercial clients.
